  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as customized or opened software products, are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an item has been shipped, the cancellation policy will no longer apply, and the return policy will take effect.
