How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Order Information: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the specific reason for the return.

  3. Receive Return Instructions: Our customer support team will provide you with a RAN and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

  4. Pack the Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring that all accessories and original components are included. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.

  5. Ship the Return: Ship the package back to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect item shipped or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to confirm your return is received.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item(s) and verifying that they meet the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited to the original card used for the purchase.

  • PayPal: Refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account.

  • Other Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above. We will process your exchange as a new order, and you may need to place a new order for the desired item once the original return has been processed. Any price differences will be handled accordingly. We will provide you with the information on how to place a new order for the desired replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, or full refund. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect. In cases of damaged or defective products, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
